GCR UKI - Tax Senior

We are looking for a skilled Senior Tax Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant work experience and be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 Tax Analysts and Tax Advanced Analysts, ensuring they meet all required technical quality and utilization requirements. ### Roles and Responsibility Prepare complex tax returns and work papers with high accuracy and attention to detail. Act as first-level reviewers of products, equivalent to counterparts in the United States. Monitor the engagement team against plans and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Develop people by encouraging individual thought and responsibility. Delegate tasks effectively across all levels of staff to foster teamwork and lead by example. Use technology to share knowledge and enhance service delivery. Maintain an educational program to continually develop skills. Foster cooperative relationships with other engagement teams. ### Job Requirements At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in taxation or accounting. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or pursuing Master's Degrees. Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Work accounts or other related postgraduate degrees (Pursuing). CA/CWA fully completed or 'Inter' completed (preferred). Demonstrate people management skills and excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). Possess high technical skills in tax and accounting knowledge.
