Role Overview: As a Data Analyst at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in interpreting data and transforming it into valuable information such as reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations. Your insights will play a key role in improving business strategies and influencing important decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the technical scope of the project by gathering information from various sources, interpreting patterns and trends, and developing record management processes and policies. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and provide them with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews. - Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation of processes, set up automated data processes, and implement external services and tools for data validation and cleansing. - Produce and track key performance indicators to monitor and improve business performance. - Analyze data sets, liaise with clients to understand data content, design surveys, and prepare reports using business analytics reporting tools. - Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and provide benchmarking. - Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, develop predictive models, and share insights with clients as per their requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization. - Strong technical skills in data management, data modeling, and data validation. - Proficiency in using business analytics reporting tools. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
