Job Details: Position: BDM / AVP / VP GCC Sales Location: Gurgaon , Bangalore, Hyderabad or Mumbai Work Mode: Work from office, 5 days a week (1st Saturday of every month is working) Reporting to: Sales Head / Co-founder Role Type: Individual Contributor, Target-driven (end-to-end sales ownership), The Sr Manager/AVP/VP - Business Developmen t will drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle for employee rewards and recognition, employee wellness, incentive automation, and engagement products targeting GCC/GIC clients in India. This role demands a handson, strategic, and independent leader capable of generating leads, nurturing prospects, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. The candidate may work independently or lead a team based on organizational needs, requiring adaptability and a strong ability to drive growth autonomously Required Candidates profile - 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling software solutions to GCC/GIC clients in India or setting up GCCs as a partner. - Existing relationships with 50- 100+ large GCCs/GICs in India will be a plu s - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. - Strong understanding of employee rewards, recognition, wellness, and incentive automation products. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently, with a hands-on approach to lead generation and deal closure. - Strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and tailor solutions to client needs. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. - Proficiency in sales performance tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). if you meet the underlined criteria, please share your updated resume with details like current ctc, expected ctc, notice period, experience of sales to GCC, and existing contacts to bdm@intellisearchonline.net or contact M 9341626895

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: o Identify and target potential clients within key industries, including [GCCs across ISVs, BFSI, Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing]. o Identify and focus on the new GCCs getting setup in India o Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and qualification. o Conduct thorough needs assessments to offer tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements. o Drive sales from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiations and pricing discussions. Client Relationship Management: o Once a logo is closed, continue with managing the account till critical mass is attained in the account. Post that Account Manager will take over. o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service. o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. o Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Market Research & Insights: o Laser sharp focus on the developments taking place within GCCs o Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions. o Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly. o Represent the company at relevant technology conferences and exhibitions/events to promote solution/services and company Collaboration & Teamwork: o Work closely with internal teams such as technical experts, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless sales process. o Collaborate with other sales teams to share best practices, strategies, and insights. Sales Reporting & Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress in CRM systems. o Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management. Desired Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree in Finance / Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration, with minimum 10 years of technology-related sales Proven experience in frontline sales within the technology services industry (IT, cloud, data, software, etc.) Experience in Selling to Site Leaders, Centre Heads, Functional Heads within GCCs across both business & IT & proven ability to sell software services, application development, analytics & cloud services / solutions and sound understanding of computing, programming and software engineering
