As a Gas Turbine Product Development Operations Support Engineer at Siemens Energy India Limited, your role will be challenging and future-oriented. Here is a summary of what you can expect in this role: Role Overview: - Maintain and publish Gas Turbine overall operation control and protection concept. - Work with turbine, combustion, compressor, and Auxiliary interfaces to develop new innovative operational concepts. - Planning and execution of prototype products validation with responsibility for budget and manpower plans. - Monitor fleet operational performance and collaborate with a global team of experts to develop competitive products. - Support market introduction and communication to customers of the product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Master of Engineering/Technology/Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 8+ years of professional experience in gas turbine development. - In-depth knowledge about gas turbine operation and protection philosophy. - High-level knowledge of GT auxiliary systems. - Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to work with large global teams. - Strategic and critical thinking skills, leadership mentality, and proactive approach. - Strong communication skills and ability to influence work across peer groups. Qualifications Required: - Master of Engineering/Technology/Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. - 8+ years of professional experience in gas turbine development or commissioning. - In-depth knowledge about gas turbine operation and protection philosophy. - Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to work with large global teams. - Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
