Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Quality Incharge, located in Jalandhar. The Garment Quality Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the quality processes and ensuring all garments meet the company's quality standards. This includes inspecting finished products, managing quality control procedures, coordinating with production teams, resolving quality-related issues, maintaining documentation, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment quality control, quality assurance, and inspection techniques
• Knowledge in fabric and garment testing methods and standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively with production teams
• Prior experience in the garment or textile industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field
