Garment Production Supervisor

Job Description

This position is for managing the production for a women's designer wear boutique. Production Time : 9.30 A.M - 7.00 P.M Responsibilities – Garment Production & Quality Supervisor Work closely with fashion designers to understand their vision and translate it into practical production plans Assist in choosing fabrics, trims, and materials that align with the designer’s vision and the production requirements Develop and manage production timelines to ensure timely delivery of garments Oversee production budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are allocated efficiently Identify and establish relationships with fabric suppliers, accessory vendors, and other necessary resource Ensure that all materials meet the required quality standards before production begins Manage and lead a team of production staff, including pattern makers, tailors, embroidery personnel and other production personnel Monitor the production process to ensure that garments meet the highest quality standards and align with design specifications Address and resolve any issues that arise during production, such as defects or delays Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, and finished garments Qualification & Experience Diploma or Degree in Garment Manufacturing Technology or similar 3 -5 years of experience managing women's wear production of a designer or boutique Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Application Question(s): Do you have experience managing production for an established fashion designer ?
