Description
You will be responsible for both game architecture design and strategic marketing management in this unique role. Your expertise in technical aspects, creative design, and marketing strategy will ensure that our games are well-structured, immersive, and effectively reach the target audiences to enhance engagement. Collaboration with various teams including engineers, designers, artists, and marketing will be crucial in shaping the core game experience and its market presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and designing the overall game architecture and system framework - Translating creative concepts into functional gameplay mechanics and technical designs - Establishing and maintaining design documentation, technical workflows, and system specifications - Guiding implementation of core systems such as UI, player mechanics, combat, AI, and level design - Ensuring architecture supports scalability, performance optimization, and maintainability - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate game assets and code seamlessly - Troubleshooting design and technical issues throughout development - Developing and leading marketing strategies for game launches, updates, and live operations - Defining target audiences to drive player acquisition, retention, and re-engagement - Managing campaign budgets, timelines, assets, and performance tracking - Launching and optimizing digital campaigns (paid ads, influencers, social media, email, etc.) - Coordinating with PR agencies, media outlets, and platform partners for promotions - Analyzing marketing performance metrics and adapting strategies accordingly - Staying updated with industry trends, gamer communities, and competitor activities Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in game design architecture and/or game marketing management - Strong understanding of game engines (Unity/Unreal Engine) - Solid grasp of gameplay mechanics, level design, UI/UX, AI, and physics systems - Minimum 3 years of marketing or design experience in the gaming/entertainment industry - Strong knowledge of gamer behavior, platforms, and communities - Experience with digital marketing strategies and user acquisition techniques - Ability to create detailed design documents, flowcharts, and system diagrams - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with both 2D and 3D game design - Knowledge of multiplayer systems, networking, or VR/AR frameworks - Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques - Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, esports, and community building - Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) - Understanding of F2P, monetization strategies, and live service models - Portfolio showcasing game architecture and/or marketing campaigns.,
