What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and refine compelling game levels that balance challenge and flow.
• Collaborate with artists, programmers, and writers to create cohesive player experiences.
• Develop level layouts, gameplay pacing, and environmental storytelling elements.
• Iterate based on playtesting feedback to improve gameplay and engagement.
• Maintain detailed design documentation and ensure smooth implementation in-engine.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience in level design for PC, console, or mobile games.
• Strong understanding of

  gameplay mechanics

  ,

  user experience

  , and

  spatial design

  .
• Proficiency in

  Unity

  or

  Unreal Engine

  .
• Proven

  portfolio

  showcasing your level design work (please include links).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
