Who Are We Looking For?

A creative and experienced Game Designer who understands how to turn ideas into engaging, real-world games. Someone who can design both digital gameplay mechanics and interactive physical experiences, working closely with software, hardware, and experience teams.

What Will You Do?

- Conceptualize, design, and document engaging gameplay mechanics for physical + tech-enabled games

- Translate real-world interactions into compelling game loops

- Design levels, user flows, and game progression systems

- Collaborate with engineers, artists, and UX teams to bring concepts to life
- Playtest and iterate based on user feedback and performance data

- Maintain a deep understanding of player psychology and game balance

- Contribute to creating unforgettable user experiences that combine fun + innovation

What Will You Bring?

- 3+ years of professional experience in game design

- Strong portfolio of shipped games or prototypes (digital, physical, or hybrid)

- Deep understanding of game mechanics, systems design, and player engagement

- Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, artists, PMs)

- Passion for merging tech with traditional gameplay to create something new

- Bonus: Knowledge of Unity/Unreal, physical computing, or arcade-style games
