GA Analyst

Role Overview: As a General Accounting Finance Analyst at our company, your main objective will be to set a direction for the Controlling activities, including standards and processes that support the company's strategies, initiatives, and business operations. You will collaborate with Global Functions, Business Units, and the Hitachi central organization to understand requirements, priorities, and planned initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Material Costing & Price Adjustment. - Perform Result Analysis (RA) on all Cost Objects. - Handle Time Sheet Postings (CATs). - Manage Internal Order Creation & modification. - Oversee Cost Center Creation & changes. - Assist in Cost Center group creation & modification. - Participate in Cost element group creation & modification, Burden Rate creation & modification (Over Head rates). - Execute Cost transfer between Cost Objects, Project, SO, Production Order TECO & Closure. - Support Work Center creation & modification. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions and caring for your colleagues and the business. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in commerce/Accounts or related discipline. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience. - Experience in Master Data management or similar activities. - Strong analytical abilities, motivation for delivering on-time, and ability to work under pressure. - Good work discipline and communication skills with an understanding of finance/accounting. - Experience in FI/CO for SAP ECC & S/4 HANA. - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
