Follow-up with candidates after releasing offer letters Performing Joining formalities (on boarding) of new employees • Induction and orientation of new employees Maintaining employees database and personal records Managing employees’ grievances Confidentiality would be taken seriously on related matters of company and employees Yearly performance appraisal process Good knowledge on using CRM Software Mediclaim coverage of new employees Exit formalities: Preparing Relieving Letters and Service Certificates for Resigned Employees after completion of No due process Processing Full and Final Settlements.
