FX Specialist Asia Shift

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our FX Core Operations Team. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for managing the PB Give up workflow of Millennium Pod teams, ensuring seamless interactions with FX Prime Brokers and Executing Brokers. Your role will be crucial in overseeing the FX trade lifecycle, timely confirmation, and reconciliation of trades, requiring a strong understanding of FX products and Prime Brokerage Give up Flow. Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail are key attributes necessary for this position. Your principal responsibilities will include managing FX trade lifecycle and FX PB Give up, serving as the primary point of contact for FX Prime Brokers and Executing brokers, collaborating closely with Execution Desk & Portfolio Managers, performing T+0 matching, conducting T+1 reconciliation, investigating and resolving discrepancies or issues related to FX bookings and Prime broker interactions, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within the FX Core Operations division. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with 5 - 10 years of experience in FX Prime brokerage, FX operations, trading support, or any related role. A strong understanding of FX products and PB Give up flow, including spot, forwards, swaps, and options, as well as FX market conventions and practices is required. Key qualifications/skills include exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL, and familiarity with relevant systems and tools used in FX operations such as Bloomberg, FXall, TLM, Gresham, Traiana, or similar platforms.
