Fusion SCM Analyst

Role Overview: As a member of our Support organization, your primary focus will be to provide post-sales support and solutions to our Oracle customer base. You will act as an advocate for customer needs, handling post-sales non-technical customer inquiries through phone and electronic channels. Additionally, you will address technical questions related to the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. Serving as a key point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in fostering customer relationships with Support and offering guidance to internal Oracle employees in various customer scenarios and escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: - Possess mandatory skills with over 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications-EBS R12 (Implementation/Upgrade), Fusion R13-SCM (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory), and Manufacturing. - Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM/Manufacturing along with EBS R12 (SCM/Manufacturing) with a track record in Implementation/Upgrade/Support. - Have hands-on experience in implementing/supported at least one Fusion project under Saas or Paas model for SCM/Manufacturing. - Good to have knowledge of SCM/Manufacturing modules and proven proficiency in configuration and setups for Oracle SCM/Manufacturing modules. - Understanding of OUM methodologies and adeptness in the preparation and maintenance of implementation documents. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications-EBS R12, Fusion R13-SCM, and Manufacturing. - Practical experience in Oracle Fusion SCM/Manufacturing combined with EBS R12 involving implementations, upgrades, and support. - Familiarity with SCM/Manufacturing modules and skilled in configuration and setups for Oracle SCM/Manufacturing modules. - Knowledge of OUM methodologies and demonstrated ability in the preparation and maintenance of implementation documents.,
