Furniture R&D Designer

The Product Developer will play a pivotal role in designing and developing new furniture products that meet the United Kingdom market trends and customer demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, market research, and development processes, sample testing and passing, and ensuring our furniture stands out in a competitive market.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for innovative product development.
• Analyze customer feedback and competitor products to refine existing designs and propose new ideas.
• Conceptualize, design, and develop furniture products from initial idea to final render.
• Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with brand goals.
• Initialize ideas and implement best designs that align with the UK market.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with UK market trends and compliance standards is a plus.
• Excellent creativity and visualization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong IQ and Observation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
