Furniture Factory Supervisor

As a Factory Supervisor at Mianzi in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bamboo product manufacturing facility. You will play a key role in managing production activities, supervising a team of artisans, craftsmen, and factory workers, and ensuring the smooth availability of inventory levels and quality control. Your duties will include: - Production Management: Supervising and managing daily production activities to achieve timely and efficient output. - Staff Supervision: Leading and supervising a team to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Inventory Management: Maintaining smooth availability of inventory levels, stock, raw materials, and asset registers. - Quality Control: Conducting detailed product quality checks daily to uphold the company's high standards. - Order Processing: Ensuring timely processing, dispatch, and fulfillment of orders. - Communication: Regularly updating superiors on factory operations, challenges, and progress.
