Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Furniture Designer located in Mumbai. The Furniture Designer will be responsible for creating innovative furniture concepts and prototypes, collaborating closely with the carpentry team, working on detailed product designs, and ensuring quality and functionality are aligned with client requirements. Additional responsibilities include working on interior design projects to ensure furniture integrates seamlessly with overall aesthetics, preparing technical drawings, and selecting appropriate materials for production.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Furniture Design and Product Design
• Working knowledge in Carpentry and Furniture creation processes
• Understanding and skills in Interior Design
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in design
• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Product Design, or related field
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams
• Experience in material selection and cost-efficient design is a plus
