Furniture Designer

As a Furniture Designer at our company based in Ludhiana, your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and developing next-generation outdoor and indoor furniture collections. Utilizing advanced design technology and global trend insights, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution from design concept to production. Your key responsibilities will include: - Researching international design trends and materials - Developing 3D models, renderings, and prototypes - Collaborating with R&D, production, and marketing teams - Selecting materials suitable for outdoor durability and indoor aesthetics To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Furniture Design (preferably in outdoor or luxury indoor segment) - Strong knowledge of materials like aluminum, rope, wicker, and teak - Proficiency in design tools such as Rhino, KeyShot, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360 - Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and ergonomics - Exposure to international design sensibilities and sustainability principles - Excellent creativity, detailing, and visualization skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Degree in Design, Architecture, or Product Design - Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Deliver 10+ innovative design concepts per quarter - Ensure 60%+ prototype conversion from approved designs - Launch 2+ new collections annually matching global benchmarks - Maintain 100% proficiency in design software - Achieve on-time design milestone delivery - Receive 8/10 or above innovation rating in internal reviews At our company, designers play a crucial role in establishing a world-class design-led brand.
