Key Responsibilities

• Organize fundraising campaigns at streets, public places, corporate offices, retail outlets, housing societies, and events
• Help the team improve fundraising skills to increase NGO donations
• Build strong bonds with team members and support them to become good fundraisers
• Ensure all fundraising rules and regulations are followed properly
• Engage with people politely using positive behavior and active listening
• Explain the NGO’s work, activities, and projects clearly to the public
• Create awareness and trust about the NGO in people’s minds and hearts
• Encourage people to donate once or become regular monthly donors
• Maintain healthy and professional relationships with the public and the team
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets
• Track performance against targets and maintain proper MIS for the team
