Key Responsibilities Organize fundraising campaigns at streets, public places, corporate offices, retail outlets, housing societies, and events Help the team improve fundraising skills to increase NGO donations Build strong bonds with team members and support them to become good fundraisers Ensure all fundraising rules and regulations are followed properly Engage with people politely using positive behavior and active listening Explain the NGO’s work, activities, and projects clearly to the public Create awareness and trust about the NGO in people’s minds and hearts Encourage people to donate once or become regular monthly donors Maintain healthy and professional relationships with the public and the team Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets Track performance against targets and maintain proper MIS for the team About Company: Aarine Foundation is a non-profit government-registered organization under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 with registration number E-35254(M) in the year 2019.
