Role Overview: At Citco, you will be part of a market-leading company that has been at the forefront of the asset servicing sector since its inception in 1948. As a member of the Global Operations Support team in the Fund Administration business line, you will play a key role in reviewing and approving trades, coaching and supporting trade processors, and ensuring the accurate entry of trade activity within the established timelines. Your attention to detail and high accuracy standards will be crucial in maintaining the seamless client experience that Citco is known for. Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve trades booked by Trade processors - Coach and support trade processors as required - Enter all trade activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines - Maintain high accuracy standards for the entry of trade activity - Distribute correspondence to investors including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements, and market value statements - Assist with other related duties as required - Maintain a solid working knowledge of multiple systems for the processing of trades - Follow fund-specific instructions/variables - Work various shifts as implemented in the Global Operations Support team Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
