Fund Services KYC AML Supervisor

Role Overview: At Citco, you will be part of a pioneering organization in the asset servicing sector, leading the way since 1948. Your role as an AML/CDD Analyst will involve maintaining client CDD files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, liaising with internal teams, and managing specific projects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality client relationships and upholding the company's AML policies and risk assessment procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare investor and client CDD files for final review by Account Manager - Request appropriate CDD documentation from investors and clients - Maintain complete and incomplete CDD records, taking necessary actions to complete them - Follow up on pending CDD requests in compliance with escalation procedures - Manage maintenance and safekeeping of CDD documents - Liaise with internal Investor relations team, respond to AML queries - Respond to queries and emails promptly and accurately - Investigate possible matches generated by scanning application - Maintain a database of High-Risk investors and take appropriate actions - Stay informed about legislation and regulatory developments - Assist with fund-specific CDD reviews - Ensure AML applications align with the company's AML policy and risk assessment - Act as an escalation point for AML/CDD queries from clients, investors, and employees - Manage client relationships for new and existing clients - Provide information to management on AML/CDD issues - Maintain a high-quality service level to clients and stakeholders - Manage specific projects as needed Qualifications Required: - Degree in a business or Finance related discipline - Team player with the ability to deliver quality service - Detail-oriented, creative, and innovative - Excellent communication and writing skills - Client-focused with a proven interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications About Citco: Citco is a market leader and premier provider in asset servicing, with a rich history of innovation and growth.
