Functional Tester- Manual /Automation - Associate - Operate

As a Automation Test Lead in the Managed Services Platform at PwC, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution and beyond. Your responsibilities will include: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in automation testing using industry leading tools such as UFT/TOSCA/Selenium/Appium/WorkSoft Certify - 2+ years of experience and strong hands-on knowledge in scripting languages such as Java, Python, typescript or cypress - Creating Test Automation frameworks from scratch for Digital Platform Applications - Conducting code reviews and peer reviews of work products prepared by the team - Delivering a robust automation framework built upon established and proven open-source tools - Designing and architecting modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements - Cooperating with customers and PwC delivery team to define automated tests scope and approach - Ensuring the quality control and oversight for the deliverables produced by the team - Providing expert advice, guidance, and support in the area of technical specialism - Developing and leading a team of test automation engineers (different profiles & technologies) - Reporting on testing effort status and results - Supporting the team throughout the engineering process - Proactively identifying technical risks and issues - Building a trusted working relationship with respective counterparts within the Client - Performing test scripting, test data identification, testing environment, and testing execution - Coordinating the code promotion to QA environment with infra, platform, application teams and developers and post QA to production Qualifications Required: - Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree - Degree Preferred: Bachelors in Computer Engineering - Minimum Years of Experience: 2 year(s) of IT experience - Certifications Required: NA - Certifications Preferred: Automation Specialist for TOSCA, Lambda Test Certifications In addition, you are expected to have the following preferred knowledge/skills: - At least 2 years of Mobile testing and Automation framework development using JAVA and Selenium Automation - Programming skills (e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript, Python) - Experience in implementing test driven (TDD) and behavior driven development (BDD) - Experience with Testing Planning and Test Execution - Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies - Candidate should have worked on Automation testing tool using Tricentis TOSCA, Microfocus UFT, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Perfecto - Experience in API testing and API test automation is a plus - Strong experience on Service layer testing to support Agile/Scrum development, DevOps, and CI/CD,
