Functional Integration Manager

As a software engineering leader at Apple eBusiness Services team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development of innovative and scalable integration solutions using various technology stacks. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of bright engineers in building solutions that shape the platform roadmap and deliver exceptional value to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of engineers with at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role - Design, build, and maintain large-scale, distributed systems to meet the evolving needs of the Supply Chain domain - Collaborate with experts to architect integration solutions for Apple business teams - Utilize your expertise in industry standards such as EDI X12, XML, JSON, and APIs to streamline integration processes - Implement middleware technologies or Java-based apps to simplify integration between Apple and its partners - Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive customer data, including PII, SSN, and PCI data - Grow a diverse and world-class engineering team through effective communication, project management, and Agile development methodologies - Partner with the business to conceptualize ideas and solutions that address critical business challenges - Stay updated on emerging technologies like AI/ML to enhance integration solutions Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent field with a minimum of 8 years of IT experience in implementing integration solutions - Strong expertise in the Supply Chain domain with hands-on experience in designing and implementing large projects - Proven track record of managing projects with on-time delivery and exceptional communication skills - Familiarity with middleware technologies like Software AG Web-Methods, Mulesoft is a plus - AI/ML implementation experience would be beneficial Join us at Apple to be part of a team that crafts revolutionary products and services while fostering innovation and excellence.
