Job Summary

Functional Consultant L1

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from users.
Support basic configuration and setup of application modules (ERP/CRM/Domaincustomizable).
Work with senior consultants to analyze business processes and identify improvement areas.
Assist in preparing functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.
Support users in resolving functional issues and provide L1 application support.
Perform basic testing (UAT, SIT, regression) and validate system changes.
Prepare user manuals, training materials, and assist in user training sessions.
Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, fixes, and data-related activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes and quality standards.
Log, track, and update incidents and service requests as per SLA.

Mandatory Skills: SAP IBP .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
