Role Overview: As a Functional Consultant at UNIKUL Solutions Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in reviewing customer processes, redesigning them to enhance efficiency, and performing various functional tasks essential for a quick deployment of Dynamics NAV or D365BC globally. Your expertise in operations related to finance, procurement, sales, and purchase will be pivotal in driving successful software adoption within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with customers to facilitate the adoption and support of Sales, Financials, and Purchase modules. - Provide integrated and feasible solutions leveraging industry best practices. - Analyze requirements and business processes, design solutions, create estimates, and support implementation activities. - Develop functional design documents and specifications for enhancements and integration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365. - Define enhancement requirements for reports, business processes, and forms for developer use. - Configure and test core Dynamics Finance, Sales, and Purchase modules and add-ons. - Conduct user trainings, prepare reference materials for end users, and provide general usability guidance. - Participate in release planning, road map discussions, and identify opportunities for solution functionality improvement. - Liaise with developers, act as a point of communication, guide in technical customizations, and communicate project tasks effectively. - Prepare and write test scripts and test cases, with a preference for experience in automated testing. - Support implementations through Go Live, lead applications testing, and ensure alignment with functionalities. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in commerce, financial accounting, business administration (B.Com, BBA) or CA, ICWA, CFA, MBA, M.Sc(Fin), M.Com, PG Diploma or equivalent. - 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant with core skills in Navision Finance, Purchase, and Sales modules. - Strong industry experience in core business processes related to Finance, Purchase, procurement, sourcing, and Sales. - Experience in working on full life cycle implementations and interacting with international clients will be advantageous. - Certification in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 will be an added advantage. - Must possess an Indian passport valid for at least the next 2 years.
