Functional Consultant

As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant with over 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and delivering scalable solutions using ServiceNow modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Integrations, and IT Asset Management (ITAM). Your key responsibilities will include working closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, designing and configuring solutions in CSM, ITSM, and ITAM modules, creating functional specifications, process documents, and test cases. You will also be tasked with supporting end-to-end ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and systems, collaborating with technical teams for smooth implementation and deployment, leading functional testing and UAT, providing go-live support and training, ensuring best practices are followed for ServiceNow configuration and usage, as well as participating in platform upgrades, testing, and documentation.
