Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Functional Automation Test Manager to lead, manage, and scale our testing efforts across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional testing, test automation frameworks, team leadership, and quality assurance processes. This role requires a mix of hands-on automation experience and strategic management to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Resposibilities

• Lead and manage the QA/Test Automation team, ensuring delivery of high-quality software.
• Define, implement, and maintain testing strategies, automation frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (developers, business analysts, project managers) to understand functional requirements and translate them into test plans.
• Drive functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation testing across applications.
• Oversee test planning, estimation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Manage automation scripts development using tools such as

  Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, UFT, Tosca, or similar

• Ensure effective integration of automation tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Evaluate new automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security, and risk management practices.
• Mentor and guide the testing team, conduct performance reviews, and build team capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1012 years of overall QA experience, with at least 45 years in a

  Test Manager/Lead role

• Strong expertise in

  functional testing and automation frameworks

  .
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as

  Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Tosca, or UFT

  .
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
• Solid understanding of

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and DevOps practices.
• Excellent skills in test management tools like

  JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or HP ALM

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
