Full Stack Software Engineer Location- Mysuru (Preferred) or Remote (India) Full-Time | 3+ Years Experience ABOUT HOPTEKAI: At Hoptek, a Kearney Company, were building AI-powered SaaS products that help trucking companies operate smarter from pricing freight and planning networks to allocating assets and reducing waste. POSITION OVERVIEW: Develop scalable backend systems and REST APIs using Node.js and Python Build interactive front-end tools and interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas to support analytics and AI models Work with data scientists to integrate AI-driven insights into live product features Own product features end-to-end from prototyping to production deployment on AWS Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and analysts to shape the future of freight intelligence What Were Looking For: Have 3+ years of full stack development experience Are confident writing clean code in Node.js, Python, and SQL Understand backend service architecture, cloud deployment, and RESTful API design Are comfortable working in a startup environment high ownership, fast iteration, async communication Want to work on meaningful, applied AI products not just dashboards Bonus Points For: Experience building or integrating AI/ML-based solutions Familiarity with TigerGraph or other non-relational data systems Experience with Scala or Golang Exposure to logistics, freight, transportation, or enterprise SaaS Why HOPTEKAI: AI at the Core: Were building products where machine learning meets operational decision-making in real time Impact: Your code will help reduce waste, improve delivery performance, and move freight more intelligently Learning Culture: Work closely with experienced engineers, data scientists, and industry experts — expand your skills quickly Mysuru Preferred: Collaborate in-person with our engineering team — or work remotely from anywhere in India Hiring Fast: We’re scaling aggressively and this is a priority hire.
