Position Description: This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a startup and have previous experience with working on SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms. We are looking for someone who is excited about Angular, React.js, Node.js, Javascript, Microservices, and/or Messaging. You will be a great fit if you have hands on experience in working with AWS stack, excellent architecture and designing skills, understanding of the Big O notation and caring deeply about code quality, performance and its execution. Responsibilities: • Owning the product, create long term road map for the product and deliver on the same • Assist on other areas of stack, if necessary • Work with business and technology stakeholders and lead the end to end execution of products. Guide and mentor team in the process for timely good quality execution • Be part of technical discussions with customers and prospects • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard. • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible. • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Requirements: • BTech. from a tier 1 or 2 college • 6+ years of experience of backend/fullstack development using modern framework/technologies • Expert understanding of React.js / Next.js, Node.js / Express.js, Python, Django, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB & SQL. • Thorough understanding of NoSQL databases such as Mongo DB • Fluent in writing well documented code, debugging and managing code base • Extremely comfortable in fast paced, high growth startup environment • Experience in test automation and test-driven development • Candidates must be ready to assume responsibility, ownership of the code, be independent, and at the same time are open to learning something new • Proficiency in working on cloud infrastructure (preferred) • Proficiency in Front end web frameworks and libraries - e.g. Angular, React etc. (preferred) • Development experience on a SaaS product (preferred) • Experience in CI/CD systems (preferred) • Expertise in messaging systems Redis • Proactive approach to problem solvin Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
