Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum
10 years
in .NET application development, with at least 3 years in a team lead capacity.
Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, VB.Net, JavaScript, jQuery, and Visual Studio 2015+.
Frontend expertise in Angular 2.0+ (Angular 13+ preferred).
Proficient in SQL Server 2012+, with expertise in stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Strong experience with LINQ, T-SQL, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Practical knowledge of multi-threaded / parallel programming.
Agile/Scrum experience working within sprints, refining backlog items, and delivering incremental value.
DevOps experience CI/CD pipeline setup (TeamCity, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar), Git/TFS version control, automated deployments.
Familiarity with SiteMinder or other Single Sign-On solutions.
Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks like NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit.
Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural best practices.
Awareness of security best practices (OWASP, OAuth 2.0, JWT).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to work in shifts when required.
