Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web frontend applications using Laravel (PHP 7+) and React.js.
• Build interactive and responsive user interfaces with React.js and modern frontend technologies.
• Integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems.
• Implement caching and CDN strategies using Redis, Varnish, and Akamai for high performance.
• Optimize website speed, page load times, and Core Web Vitals for better SEO and user experience.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, implement fixes and improvements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in Laravel (6+) and React.js.
• Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and PHPs synchronous behavior.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and responsive design principles.
• Strong understanding of Git and version control best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Varnish and Akamai CDN for content acceleration.
• Proven ability to optimize page speed, manage performance audits, and improve Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with browser rendering behavior and performance best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other PHP frameworks like Symfony.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and other DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Experience with analytics and A/B testing for performance and UX improvements.
