Fullstack Laravel Developer

Role Overview: You will play a key role as a Full Stack Developer at Newpage Solutions, a global digital health innovation company focused on helping people live longer and healthier lives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom web applications and microservice integrations, utilizing front-end and back-end technologies to develop scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions that support the business and platform needs. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in designing and delivering web-UI products - Develop solutions by designing system specifications and conducting tests prior to delivery - Identify, analyze, and develop interfaces, flows, and APIs - Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using REST APIs - Build reusable code and libraries for future use - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability - Implement security and data protection features - Design the implementation of data storage solutions - Perform code reviews to ensure high quality and potential for reuse - Provide cross-over training as required for other team members and the support team - Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, offering help where needed and recognizing the importance of team delivery - Participate in all Scrum meetings - Share thoughts and suggestions for continuous improvements - Collaborate closely with onshore Delivery teams (PO, Dev leads) - Assist in deployments/releases Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience as a full stack web developer - 3-5 years of experience and fluency in PHP/Laravel and Python - 3-5 years of experience with Vue, Angular, or React - Excellent experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and a preference for working in TDD/BDD workflows - Excellent experience with Git and source control flows - Some experience of CI/CD pipeline development - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - A positive, learning mindset, and willingness to help others while delivering your own code and tests - Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures Note: Newpage Solutions is a remote-first company that values creativity, continuous learning, and inclusivity.
