Fullstack Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

This is a founding team role with direct exposure to AI scientists and product leaders. You will be responsible for building AIdriven chat interfaces, scalable web applications, AI Agents, and backend systems that power our nextgeneration TaxTech platform. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full-Stack Engineer for Hyderabad location.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy fullstack applications using Next.js, React, and Python

- Build AIdriven chat interfaces that integrate seamlessly with multimodal LLMs and agentic AI agents

- Collaborate with AI scientists to productionize research models into realworld applications

- Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development (~80% AIassisted, 20% manual coding)

- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in all code and system designs

- Contribute to endtoend product development: from architecture to deployment and iteration

- Work in a handson role with 100% coding contributionthis is not a managementonly position

Qualifications

- 6–10 years of strong fullstack development experience (startup or product background preferred)

- Expertise in Next.js and React for building modern, responsive web applications

- Proficiency in Python for backend development and AI agent integration

- Familiarity with AI/LLM integration and interest in building agentic AI agents

- Ability to leverage AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for rapid development

- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Passion for handson coding, problemsolving, and building from the ground up

- Bonus: Experience in FinTech, TaxTech, or compliancedriven domains

- Candidates from premier institutes or top global tech companies may be considered with lesser experience or higher pay
