Fullstack Engineer

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, production-grade applications using Python and ReactJS/Next.js. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and production-grade applications under tight timelines. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices. Additionally, you will lead technical discussions, contribute to architecture reviews, and participate in cross-functional team decisions. Implementing unit tests, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP, as well as troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have proven production-level experience with Python on the backend and ReactJS or NextJS in the Frontend. A strong understanding and working knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud platforms, along with experience in writing and maintaining unit test cases, are essential. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments, under tight timelines following Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in leading technical discussions within cross-functional teams are highly valued. A graduation in Computer Science or related fields is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with serverless architecture using AWS Lambda, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices, and exposure to agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping.
