Fullstack Developer

Position Overview

About the Role

As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining web applications from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases. You'll work in a collaborative environment where learning, growth, and taking ownership are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development

1. Design and implement user-facing web applications using modern frontend frameworks
2. Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python
3. Design and optimize database schemas and queries
4. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
5. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
6. Troubleshoot and debug applications across the full stack

Collaboration & Growth

1. Work closely with product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
2. Take ownership of features from conception to deployment
3. Continuously learn new technologies and best practices
4. Mentor junior developers and share knowledge with the team
5. Contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills (Hard Requirements)

1. Python: Minimum 1 year of professional experience with Python development
2. Frontend Framework: Minimum 1 year of experience with at least one of - Angular / React / Vue.js / Next.js
3. Database Management: Minimum 1 year of experience with at least one of - PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
