Fullstack Developer

The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at a client end to ensure they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product/software, developing software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes. You will investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle and facilitate root cause analysis of system issues. Additionally, you will identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability, analyze client requirements, and convert requirements into feasible designs. Collaboration with functional teams or systems analysts will also be required to carry out detailed investigations into software requirements and confer with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities. Your responsibilities will include performing coding and ensuring optimal software/module development by determining operational feasibility, evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, software development, and proposed software. You will also develop and automate processes for software validation, modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system will also be part of your tasks. Ensuring that code is error-free, preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status, and compiling timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports as requested will be essential. You will be responsible for status reporting and maintaining customer focus on an ongoing basis with respect to the project and its execution. This includes capturing all requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work, taking feedback regularly to ensure smooth and on-time delivery, participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, consulting with engineering staff, evaluating software-hardware interfaces, developing specifications and performance requirements, and documenting and demonstrating solutions through various means. Ensuring good quality of interaction with customers via email content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette, etc., and providing timely responses to customer requests with no instances of complaints either internally or externally will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be measured on various performance parameters including Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software, Quality & CSAT, MIS & Reporting. Mandatory skills for this role include Transformation Engineering, and the desired experience is 3-5 years.
