Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services.
Build and integrate REST APIs to connect backend systems with mobile apps.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders from the NBFC sector to gather and translate requirements.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met for both backend and frontend modules.
Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring of applications.

Required Technical Skills:

Backend Development:
Strong experience in Python and Node.js/JavaScript.
Frontend Development:
Strong hands-on Node JS and Xpress JS
API Development:
Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Database Knowledge:
Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and MySQL/Mongo DB/Redis
Version Control:
Experience with Git and related tools.
Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
