Role & responsibilities

Role Description:

Senior Full Stack Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable

  web, mobile, and backend applications

• Blend core coding skills:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  for web;

  Swift, Kotlin, Java

  for mobile
• Work with frameworks:

  React Native, Flutter, Angular, Vue

  for web.

  React Native, Flutter

  for cross-platform
• Apply knowledge of

  UI/UX, APIs, databases, and version control (Git)

• Work with

  JavaScript, Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, and modern frameworks

• Build APIs, integrate SDKs, and contribute to

  microservices-based architecture

• Collaborate closely with product, mobile, and backend engineering teams
• Review code, enforce coding best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Work on

  cloud deployment, CI/CD, and performance optimization

• Contribute to system components such as

  dashboards, analytics, and backend services

• Hands-on with

  Android Studio, Xcode, VS Code

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and databases
• Work on

  REST/GraphQL APIs

  and integrate with mobile and web SDKs
• Implement scalable backend modules (

  Node.js / Python / Go

  )
• Ensure secure and efficient handling of campaign logic, ad delivery, and analytics
• Maintain

  SQL/PostgreSQL schemas

  and write optimized queries
• Collaborate on caching, monitoring, and event pipelines (

  Redis, Kafka

  )
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript, Python, or Java/C++

• Experience in frontend development (

  Angular/React/Vue or JS/TS

  )
• Familiarity with backend frameworks (

  Node.js/Django/FastAPI/Spring

  )
• Strong knowledge of

  SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

  and basic knowledge of

  NoSQL

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in mentoring and conducting code reviews

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (

  AWS/GCP/Azure

  )
• Knowledge of DevOps tools,

  CI/CD, Docker, containerization

• Experience with

  real-time analytics

  or event-driven systems
• Exposure to distributed caching systems like

  Redis

• Understanding of

  CDN/storage systems

  (CloudFront, S3)
