Position Overview

Team Lead Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, aligning efforts with business and project goals
  
• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions
  
• Integrate AI/ML models and LLMs into production systems
  
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality development standards
  
• Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams
  
• Drive agile practices and ensure CI/CD processes are effectively implemented
  
• Resolve complex technical challenges efficiently
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML, cloud, and software architecture
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  

• 6+ years

  of experience in software development, with

  2+ years

  in a leadership role
• Strong command of

  Python, Java

  , or similar languages
• Hands-on experience with

  AI/ML development

  and

  LLMs (Large Language Models)

• Expertise in system architecture and scalable software design
  
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• In-depth understanding of
