Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to define application features and requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party APIs or services.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of production issues.
• Ensure best practices in software development including test-driven development, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Work with DevOps teams to manage cloud deployments and containerized services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Technical Skills Required:

Backend:

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration
• Proficient in Microservices Architecture

Frontend:

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles

Database:

• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle)
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus

Tools & Platforms:

• Version control with Git
• Build tools like Maven/Gradle
• CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of proven experience in full stack development with Java and React
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets
• Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization
