Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development (Node.js):

• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using

  Node.js

  and

  Express.js/Nest.js

  .
• Design and implement

  microservices

  and integrate them with AWS cloud services.
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth).
  
• Optimize backend performance and scalability using asynchronous patterns and message queues.
  

Frontend Development (React.js):

• Develop intuitive, responsive UIs using

  React.js

  with component-driven architecture.
• Manage global state using

  Redux/Context API

  .
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
  
• Implement unit and integration tests using

  React Testing Library

  or

  Jest

  .

Cloud & DevOps (AWS-Focused):

• Deploy and maintain serverless applications using

  AWS Lambda

  and

  API Gateway

  .
• Work with

  S3

  ,

  DynamoDB

  ,

  RDS

  ,

  SNS/SQS

  CloudWatch

  , and other AWS services.
• Participate in setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, etc.).

Database & Architecture:

• Model and manage structured/unstructured data in

  MongoDB

• Design schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity.
  
• Contribute to architecture discussions and apply best practices for clean code, scalability, and security.
  

Collaboration & Agile Development:

• Collaborate with designers, PMs, QA, and other developers in Agile/Scrum setup.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
• Review code, mentor juniors, and drive quality through TDD and clean code practices.
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
  
• Proficiency in

  Node.js

  React.js

  , and modern

  JavaScript (ES6+)

• Strong experience in building and consuming

  REST APIs

• Deep understanding of

  microservices architecture

• Hands-on experience with
