Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Frontend/backend chatbot integration with websites, APIS, Telegram, WhatsApp.
  • Manual labelling and formatting of chatbot training data (Hindi + English).
  • Implementation of multilingual UI and chatbot interfaces.
  • Deployment and Devops tasks (CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker).
  • Designing chatbot UI/UX for web and mobile.
  • Creating conversation flows and wireframes.
  • Ensuring accessibility and multilingual support (Hindi/English).
  • LLM fine-tuning, training, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Prompt templates, few-shot examples, instruction fine-tuning.
  • Rasa & Ollama (or custom framework) integration.
  • Fallback models for offline/low-resource use.
  • Continuous learning setup via user feedback loops .
  • Al model deployment and monitoring (local/cloud).
