Fullstack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at Dataseers Technologies Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in the development team by utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of Node.js and React.js. You will be responsible for helping with the design and implementation of back-end services and front-end web applications. Your technical ownership of features will contribute to advancing product functionality, and your ability to deliver with minimal direction will ensure efficiency. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, provide constructive code reviews, and advocate for code quality, automated tests, and CI/CD initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Help with design and implementation across back-end services and front-end web application - Take technical ownership of features and advance product functionality - Deliver with minimal direction and ask questions when needed - Mentor junior engineers and provide constructive code reviews - Write tests for your code - Advocate and improve on code quality, automated tests, CI/CD initiatives, and the developer experience Qualifications Required: - University degree or equivalent education (Computer Science or Technical degree is optimal) - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - 4+ years of experience working in a full stack environment - Expertise in Node.js and React.js - Familiarity with design patterns and microservices-based architecture pattern - Experience with writing complex MongoDB or similar database queries - Experience refactoring code and algorithms for improved performance and robustness - Experience writing unit, functional, and integration tests - Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and an Agile development process - A positive, can-do attitude - Self-motivated to find ways to unblock oneself - Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent For more information, you can visit the company's website at dataseers.ai or reach out via email at nshinde@dataseers.in.,
