We’re on the hunt for a hyper-speed Webflow developer who can transform Figma designs into clean, functional Webflow sites using Lumos or Client-First frameworks. This role is all about speed without sacrificing quality.

👨‍💻 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

 • Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow builds using our template

 • Work with Client-First or Lumos framework.

 • Build clean, scalable sites with CMS, animations, and interactions

 • Optimize sites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness

 • Collaborate closely with PM, Content and QA teams

 • Address tasks, bugs, and feedback from Asana, Markup, or QA team efficiently

 • Build fast and clean, no bloated classes or messy structures

 • Understand how to work through a priority list with focus

 • Confident in debugging, optimizing, and shipping independently

 • Can document and communicate build issues clearly

 • Bonus: Have worked on high-velocity Webflow builds or agency-style projects
