Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Six Sigma Trainer. Devising customized training plans based on individual or group needs, and providing ongoing support and mentorship to learners. They will also assess trainee progress and adapt training methods to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Six Sigma methodologies, both theoretical and practical application
• Excellent teaching, training, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in conducting successful workshops and webinars
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
• Knowledge of various industries and their deployment of Six Sigma
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus
