To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in .NET and PHP, a strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, experience with MVC architecture and C++, and familiarity with UI/UX design principles. Your problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently and in a team, along with excellent communication skills, will be essential for success. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
