Full Stack Trainer

As a Full Stack Trainer, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering technical training programs on MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), Java Full Stack, or .NET Full Stack to our clients. Your role will involve designing and conducting engaging training sessions, guiding participants, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to support their growth in the field of development. Your responsibilities will include designing and conducting customized Full Stack training sessions for clients across PAN India locations. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to identify training needs and goals. Additionally, you will develop training materials, practical exercises, and assignments to enhance learning outcomes, provide ongoing support and guidance to participants, and incorporate the latest industry trends into training modules. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in delivering technical training, with a strong background in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in React.js, Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, and MongoDB is essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and prior experience in technical training are highly desirable. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and familiarity with DevOps and cloud technologies would be advantageous.
