Full Stack Trainer @ Chinchwad

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and related technologies.
• Design and develop course curriculum, assignments, and project modules aligned with industry standards.
• Guide students through project development and provide code-level mentorship.
• Conduct regular assessments, code reviews, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging Java technologies.
• Support student placement preparation (mock interviews, resume reviews, etc.) when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOPs, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Proficiency in tools/IDEs such as Eclipse/IntelliJ, MySQL, Git/GitHub.
• Familiarity with frameworks: Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior teaching/training experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in frontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and version control systems.
• Ability to connect with students and create an engaging learning environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹377,752.93 - ₹600,000.00 per year
