Job Description

Develop and unit-test software applications using Java and related technologies.
Integrate, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications.
Perform peer code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
Participate in squad activities and ceremonies, including daily stand-up and scrum meetings.
Collaborate with other squad members to achieve squad objectives.
Manage individual task priorities and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
Contribute to planning and continuous improvement activities.
Support the PO, Analyst, and Scrum Master.
Apply continuous integration best practices, including SCM, build automation, unit testing, and dependency management.
Report progress/update Agile team management tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Job Requirements

Proficiency in working with global and local teams in a collaborative agile environment.
Excellent knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Spring framework.
Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS and Angular 5/8).
Knowledge of cross-platform and native mobile frameworks (Ionic, Apache Cordova, iOS, Android).
Familiarity with web servers (Apache), testing and debugging end-to-end.
Understanding of Webservices (SOAP/REST), messaging (JMS/MQ), database (Oracle/MySQL), batch processing, security concepts, application servers (Tomcat/Wildfly), and testing and debugging end-to-end.
DevOps and problem-oriented mindset.
Functional design, technical design, and programming of new projects, enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a specific set of applications, following IT Application Life Cycle standards aligned with technology strategy.
