We are looking for an experienced Full Stack ServiceNow Platform Developer with expertise in Agentic AI to build, extend, and optimize enterprise-wide ServiceNow applications. This role involves architecting and developing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, integrating AI-driven intelligence, and enhancing automation across business workflows. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development, full stack engineering, integrations, and building intelligent, enterprise-scale applications.

- Architect, design, and build enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform using modern development practices
- Be the trusted expert for ServiceNow development and troubleshooting, resolving issues and delivering scalable outcomes
- Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into scalable digital workflows and applications
- Enhance platform usability with modern UI frameworks, advanced scripting, and performance tuning
- Integrate AI/ML models, RPA, and decision intelligence capabilities into ServiceNow custom apps and workflows
- Develop and manage APIs, external integrations, and data exchange between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
- Provide technical leadership in platform enhancements, advanced configurations, and solution optimization
- Evaluate new ServiceNow features, integrations, and technologies to guide platform evolution
To be successful in this role you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform/application development and full stack software engineering
- Strong experience in building custom scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions
- Familiarity with ServiceNow products such as App Engine, Automation Engine, Virtual Agent, and Integration Hub
- Experience with Angular, React, or other modern frontend frameworks to design intuitive user interfaces
- Proven ability to integrate Agentic AI for automated workflows, data-driven decision-making, and orchestration
- Strong foundation in algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and system performance optimization
- Hands-on skills in REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth, and microservices-based integration with external AI/ML models
- Backend development knowledge with Python, Django, or Node.js is an added advantage
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications required; CIS-ITSM, and CTA certifications preferred
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, NLP frameworks, predictive intelligence, and RPA tools is a plus
- Deep understanding of enterprise workflows, data modelling, and platform governance/security best practices
